These terms cover this website and the apps we distribute through the App Store.

Apps: Apple’s standard licence agreement

Mergio is licensed, not sold, under Apple’s standard End User License Agreement. That agreement — not this page — governs your use of the app, and it is the “Terms of Use” linked from the App Store listing and from the Pro screen inside the app.

In-App Purchases (Mergio Pro: yearly, monthly, or a one-time Lifetime Unlock) are processed by Apple under the App Store terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your Apple Account subscription settings; refunds are handled by Apple, and we cannot issue them ourselves.

This website

The site is provided as-is for information. We try to keep it accurate and current, but it is not a warranty of any feature, price or availability. Prices and features can change, and availability varies by region.

Your content is yours

You keep every right to the documents you create with our apps. We claim no licence over your notes, images or folders — we never receive them in the first place.

Names and marks

“Mergio”, “OwliAI” and the associated logos and app icons are ours. Apple, the App Store, iPhone, iPad and Mac are trademarks of Apple Inc.
